Stress Can Bring The Body Down!

  






            Everyday stress is normal and a physical and psychological event to everyday life. Many individuals suffer from stress at many different points of the year. The brain reacts to stress by alarming the body and trying to protect it. When the brain views something as a threat it utilizes the "fight-or-flight" reaction.As stated by Mayo clinic (2013) " Unfortunately, the nonstop stress of modern life means that your alarm system rarely shuts off. This can create a number of problems.
         
           When the brain rarely shuts off it cause more stress. This making it very important that one learn to manage stress. This will help to reset the alarm system that is always going off in your brain.
 There are many techniques that one can utilize in efforts to mange stress. Stress can create health problems,relationship issues and diminish the quality of life. Learning to be able to identify problems and being able to problem solve is a major key component  to the ability to successfully reduce stress. The next step is being able to set aside what triggers the stress in the first place. There are negative events that may trigger stress on a daily basis. This includes but is not limited to daily work,financial problems,death,over-worked and more. These events can cause issues in daily life if the stress is not managed. There are positive events that cause stress on a daily basis. In efforts to reduce this stress one must think at the positive end. For example,marriage may be stressful. However, as a end result one will be happy with their partner. A new house or car may be stressful. The outcome is nice when you own your own home.  Seeking help and support from family and friends can also help reduce stress as well."Stress won't disappear from your life. And stress management isn't an overnight cure. But with practice, you can learn to manage your stress level and increase your ability to cope with life's challenges."
           
           Stress can create a number of problems for individuals in everyday life. There are many different factors that can create stress."If you are the type of person who simply must rant and rave when you are stressed, don’t dwell on it. Take 10 minutes every day to get it out of your system. When your time is up, move on! This may sound unorthodox, but it can help you focus, let go and move past stressful situations." There are numerous ways that one can handle stressful scenarios and maintain positive energy.
